This has just been on my repeat for the last few days. I really want to behave like and say that You're my King. I want to remember You as the shepherd of my life, the lover of my soul. Remind me O Lord, that everything is in You.

Updates; work wise, it's still being great - new stuff to learn everything, getting to do more stuff now, so it's keeping me busy! First day I've skipped lunch since I've started working- i tend to just skip lunch when I get busy - cause u just save time (that's what happened quite often in Honours..) - But I doubt it'll be a problem because usually we do go for morning tea and lunch quite like on time - and everyone would just ask casually, "morning tea?" "lunch?" while walking out of the lab...and it's like almost your right to take morning tea and lunch (and sometimes even afternoon tea) - though it is your right in a way. Haha.

First team lab meeting too! We're under a bigger team, but within this immediate team, we only have like 5 people. It's quite funny though - cause my supervisor just says like the heading or topic of agenda, then my colleagues (the other RA and phD students) will just rattle off about what's happening, what they can do and stuff - and then my supervisor will summarise with the ending sentence, like a conclusion. HAHA. And our meeting was pretty fast and concise.

I went off halfway throught the meeting cause I had a timepoint in my experiment that I had to go add stuff and incubate in a different place and such - so I went out of the meeting room and back into the lab. Then when I came back, I heard my name being casually mentioned. So one of the phD students said, "We're talking about you." complete with this slanted eyes "meany" look. AHHA. she's so funny and cute.
And my supervisor said, "yeh, behind your back." haha. he's so easygoing and funny too!

And then when we were talking about dates that they were going away, the same phD student was leaving on my birthday! And so the other phD student said, "We're going to have a party when they (phD 1 and sup) leave." And I replied, "yeh, it's my birthday."

And she was like, "OH. When's your birthday!"

And then so it was revealed that it was on the day that phD1 was leaving, so phD1 went, "AHA! I knew it, that's why I got it all planned out. Couldn't miss the cake for sure."

ahah.

I just pray for favour to just pour into my work relationships and grace to manifest in every area of my life! Amen! (and pray for every leave to get approved!..heh heh)



Been also busy with loads of stuff, like cell, friends, convos, and such. Don't even have time for myself sometimes. I need a timeout. Like real soon - i'm planning it already. Photo updates:
