Alrights, it's only been 19 days into this new year, but the blessings have already been obvious. I mean, other than the supernatural in the natural things of life. Things that I've been praying for, hoping for?
I just heard from my Uncle on Wednesday that my
grandfather is actually
saved since last year. I thought my aunties/uncles and my family (all non-christian except this uncle's family, where my grandfather attend their church and got saved and baptised at) didn't know that's why no one told me. But he told me, that they all KNEW. my gosh. I can't believe no one told me, because you can't believe
HOW AMAZED AND HAPPY i was. I mean, to me, it's SUCH an encouragement! You really can't believe how excited and overjoyed I was at the news. It's the start of something new, something precious. That's how important it is to me. Not only my grandfather i mean, for everyone in the family.
My cousin told me how cute he was after he got saved. He asked my uncle (in cantonese of course), "Can I have an english name?" HAHAHA. so he's gotten his wish! haha. my Uncle (or whoever was the one) gave him one! haha. so cute. =)
And another thing was that I received my results yesterday, and I was glad too. But it came quite "shockingly" because it was received in my email, and u know for gmail, they show u the first line of the email together with the subject title in the email.. and the result was in the first line. I wasn't even expecting it to come in. so imagine my "surprise" when i just logged in and I see the result in a split second. it was like TP's sms system - where u thought it was just a normal sms - and it's the results. =\ haha...only this time it was like OMG. =D
And so, yes, I'm still currently looking and applying for jobs, which would probably take at least a month to get settled as the closing dates arrive, processing occurs, the calling up of applicants/ or rejection, interviews, etc. well, the last job I applied for took 2 months to do all that. But in the end dropped me, though I know they called my supervisor (my referee) to ask about me - so she thought I would be called up for an interview. Apparently, my colleague got called for an interview! With her in the running, HOW to FIGHT? OH. sorry. the battle is not to the swift and the strong, but to the ones who have the favour of God, amen? hehehe. I believe He has plans la hah.
Well, and I know I do owe photos on this blog. So, I'll.....do it sometime soon.
