Leekim's Happy Blessed 22nd Birthday! - 23rd Nov 2007

While waiting for the birthday girl,

Finally, she arrived! (like super late - totally diva-style! wells, she's the birthday girl, so we'll let her be diva for the day!)

9] We reserved a table in Royal Bar @ East Perth - AND. that gloria had to reserved it under the name, "swong". tsk.

Our Group Potos, that were taken 4 times because I can't see through the pillar to take the photos! adjustments were really based on "feeeeeling". The program cut some of us out.

I had a good (not excellent though) meal of Peri-Peri Chicken that apparently took 35 minutes to cook. It was a small spatchcock with shoestring fries (was actually polenta cake, but I changed it) + lemon oil+ a few strands of salad. The lemon oil was fantastic. LOL. the chicken was alright, but think it was slightly overcooked cause the meat was slightly tough. But the peri peri flavour was there though it was char-grilled not wet saucy kind like the nando's one. I liked the flavour of it, especially the skin of the chicken!

I'm hungry now. Going home to cook some dinner! yahoos!
