Hi all, "fans" of my blog. I shall not disappoint u further and blog about something - whether or not it is of interest to you.
well, latest news? I've moved house. I'll not disclose my address here. But I'll email those whom I'll email. (lol. I'm talking like ellie - i'm under the influence - of ellie that is)
yarps. and this place is nice and cosy. BUT one thing. it's suuuuuper dark outside. I mean, the garage leading to the door of the house. I CAN'T SEE A THING! and it's scary. and it's.......dark. yes dark. I'm going to go buy a night light and stick it to the wall or something. (can I bubbles?) taking into account that I'm not easily scared, see how important this is!
and i'm obsessed with the portable vacuum cleaner. I like switching it on to suck up dirt, hair strands, and other random stuff on the floor.
oh. and bubbles, ur kitchen/pantry has not enough space for my foodstuff. HAHA. I need a separate bookshelf for the foodstuff that I brought over man! ;]
and in other news. twin has reached scots. and she touched someone's breast. yes. don't worry, she's not arrested. it's all fine.
and and and in the latest latest news! I've handed in an essay that's apparently part of my honours "work" but not part of my honours "work". I went back to sch to hand it in, and then I talked to the school administrative lady, who collects all these assignments and such and sends it off to the examiners. I said something about the essay sometimes not being marked and they actually don't look at the essay unless something's really bad with the thesis and they need to pull the grade or something. and she said yah, they sometimes don't even look at it..and so everyone's just wondering what to do with the essay and such and they just put it at a side. then I'm like O_o. then she said further that next year, there'll be NO essay due for the honours student. i'm like O_O. wah lao eh. then she said that cause the essay's requirements are like not clear and such. like some people don't hand in, some people don't do it, some examiners don't mark it..blah blah and so they reviewed it and decided to do away with it. and so. I don't know what will become of my essay. but anyway, it's done and handed in, now just concentrate on my thesis.
thesis-wise, I'm done with all the drafts a while ago and have been editing it since my supervisor came back. now, when u hear editing, don't think that's it's only a little bit left. it's still a HUGE chunk to edit. and editing takes alot of effort, cause u've got to rethink ur stuff, structure it differently, research more on a certain area, write more, cut out, blah blah. it's taxing, maybe even more than the 1st draft! and by the way, did I mention i hate referencing? apparently everyone does. my supervisor, my colleagues. lol.
Now, I'm going to continue with my thesis and.......discuss with my sups tomorrow.
