When you are confused: "I know what I am planning for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have good plans for you, not plans to hurt you.” (Jer. 29:11 NCV)

If you feel weighted by yesterday’s failures: “So now, those who are in Christ Jesus are not judged guilty” (Rom. 8:1 NCV).

On those nights when you wonder where God is: “I am the Holy One, and I am among you” (Hos. 11:9 NCV).

from And the Angels Were Silent by Max Lucado

it was not a very good day, but meeting minghui for dinner and then meeting everyone at adrenalin made it all much better. =) Adrenalin itself was half bad-half good. First half was bad with Pillar taking the show, I don't know what to make of them. Don't know what they were singing, don't know what they were saying. Then Preston Centuolo came out and he kinda "saved" the show. At first I was thinking, with the short time that he had, and he kept joking around, I thought the message would just be soso and not that good. But God showed me how little faith I had at that point, and He showed me that He works and in ways I cannot see. He pushed an impactful message through Preston Centuolo. He showed me that no matter what, He was going to be to be real to somebody.

People responded. I just pray that these people will really be changed from that day on and not just in the hype of the event. But I do applaud the effort taken by the team to make sure these people were recorded down for followup purposes and made sure they were not lost in the crowd. The rest of the people had to be told to sit down twice and that the concert is not continuing till everyone has gone to receive their gift and a followup.

Switchfoot was much better than Pillar and though not very in-a-way christian music or stuffs, they were much more enjoyable. Music was better and stage presence was better too. Youth Alive did take the pre-event and the middle few songs too. They sang christian songs and were not too bad. But the lead singer (i think the blue dress girl is..) looks/sounds like she's from the kids worship team instead. Like lead kids worship one. HAHA eh nowadays kids worship is really good songs okey, comparable to adult worship. they mostly sing the same songs also loh. but they have cute songs.

Tomorrow (I mean today now..) it's Antiskeptic instead of Pillar. And tickets are only $10. (whatever happened to our early bird tickets which were supposed to be cheaper?! -_-) It's supposed to be evangelical. so yes, you and your pre-believer friend can go for Preston Centuolo and Switchfoot. I don't know Antiskeptic though. HAHA. I just hope they not as erms as Pillar...
