This was the most delicious dinner we've eaten (definately not the most expensive) when we were there..Must Try!..It's at the Peak Mall, Chinese Restaurant at the corner. All their baked rice are fabulous! Mine was Black Pepper Chicken Baked Rice (finally a baked rice without cheese). See my face turning red? *Hot*&
